Whitewater Rafting Trips for Large Groups

Wiley E. Waters specializes in creating lasting memories for all group sizes, ranging from 5 to 100+ in Spokane, Coeur d’ Alene, or Missoula. Whether your business needs a constructive team-building day or a much-needed relaxing float, we can make sure your adventure’s perfectly planned from start to finish. You may choose to do the whitewater option, working together to successfully get through the rapids as a team (definitely a bonding experience), or select the mellow section that allows us to play trust/team-building games. Either option is an excellent opportunity to enrich and strengthen your group’s morale and cohesion after just a few hours of paddling on the river. Team building rafting trips are perfect for businesses/organizations, church groups, and youth camps. Our engaging river tours can be one of the most effective team or group building exercises, reminding all the basics of having fun while working together.

The Spokane River is a 3-hour tour that begins just a few minutes from downtown Spokane. Our whitewater and scenic tours are convenient to large groups traveling in Spokane. Morning and afternoon start times to compliment convention center/ business meetings. We frequently host many businesses/organizations visiting Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, looking for outdoor things to do for the day.

The Clark Fork River is a 3hr half-day or 5hr full-day rafting trip with lunch included on full-day. Either option is the perfect activity for large groups visiting the area of Missoula, Montana. Build lifelong memories with your group that will enrich everyone’s bond!

We had the most amazing time ever! Two years ago, we rafted with a group of 50 teenage boys on the Clark Fork River, and accommodating us is no easy task. But Josh and the crew really did such a great job. So, we came back again this year, and once again, they did a truly awesome job, from all the logistics to the guides, and down to the rapids. I truly recommend coming! Avi Weisz- Google Review

Spokane River Whitewater Trip

This route is the most adventurous on the Spokane River! We meet in Peaceful Valley and suit you up with all necessary equipment, including wetsuits when needed. We will instruct you with essential equipment and safety techniques prior to getting you on the river. Before you hit your first set of rapids, the Spokane River provides an abundance of wildlife and plenty of opportunities for swimming and or relaxing. Your guide will navigate you through two Class III rapids.  First up is “Bowl and Pitcher.” This rapid will take you through exciting whitewater while going under Riverside State Park’s wood swinging bridge. Next up is “Devil’s Toenail,” another exciting class III rapid with plenty of splashes and heart-pumping fun! Drinks are provided after the trip. Leave the noise and responsibility behind and allow us to create these live-in-the-moment memories that can be so rare and last a lifetime!

This tour is ideal for families with young children, beginners, or large groups looking for a relaxing day on the river. We often accommodate girl/boy scouts, youth camps, church outings, parasports, and business/corporate groups. We launch in Peaceful Valley and take out before the rapids at Bowl and Pitcher in Riverside State Park. This section of the river will have a few class II rapids we like to call the “Splash & Giggle.” Drinks and games are provided by your fun-loving tour guides, along with plenty of opportunities to swim and gaze at the views and wildlife this river offers. This option is great if you’re visiting the Spokane or Coeur d’ Alene area and looking for a relaxing adventure surrounded by the beauty of the Inland Northwest.

We will meet at Wiley headquarters, where you will leave your vehicle, meet your guide and receive a safety briefing.
